One of my hens lays eggs that are always/mostly cracked at one end

What grit do they have access to?
What feed are they getting?
Good food and the correct grit can assist in a degree of
compensation over genetics and infection but only so far.
Its been a very long time since Exchequer leghorns were part of the
national productive flock in this country, its possible the strain
you have are a bit too inbred and the eggs chosen to hatch in the
past few generations were not selected for good shape critically
enough, hence the slippage to elongation, which will create a
structural weakness. --

Hi Jill, I give them poultry pellets which is kept topped up and a
handful or two of mixed corn towards the end of the day .
They have available at all times a poultry mixed grit/shell.
Thanks Keith
The only improvement would be to forget the expensive and high fat mixed
corn now there are better and more interesting goodies in the environment,
at this time of year.
You might want to try one of the poultry calcium supplements you can buy
just to give them a kick in that department
