After about a week of research, I'm pretty sure there isn't a single

what about

And so, I'm reaching out to the UK. Does anybody know how to
import/ export ducklings or eggs? I know that US Customs does not
currently bar the importation of hatching eggs from the UK, but I
don't know what other agencies need to be involved.
It does not bar them but the requirements are expensive to do it properly and legally.
You might find some who will float the law, or who have vets who will sign off instead of the correct testing.
HOwever the potential risk is that you loose all the birds you own presently if the USDA decide that its not been done right -- not just the ones you have imported but every bird on your farm.
