Holes in Eggs

Hi all,

Don't know if this is something anybody else has experienced but in
the past couple of months one of our birds has picked up the habit of
pecking (I assume its a peck) a single hole in the end of each eggs.

It (they?) do no more damage than that but it means we are loath to
use the damaged eggs in case of infection.

Is this a common problem?

What could be done about it?

(No idea which hen is doing it - our of 6)

Thanks
.
