Very good.
All right, well, in light of this confession and new evidence, I must
retract that Philip was UCG and I apologize to him, without
reservation or qualification, for making the accusation.
I also apologize to the readers and other participants in the thread
and in the groups for making what turns out to be a false accusation
and it should be considered withdrawn.
