 Babies as young as 6 months old can save themselves from a fall into
 the water. Infants 6-12 months old are taught to rotate from a face-down
 position in the water to a backfloat to rest and breathe. It takes about
 3 weeks to learn these skills when taught by a certified ISR instructor.

With *training*, 3 weeks...
