....Sure modern PA is off the track
of science. It mostly has to do with the fact that it is controlled
by
a bunch of hippies who, since the late sixties, are in a deep state of
denial about the fact that humans are primarily a warmonging creature.
Hominids survived the late miocene dry seasons because they employed
war (war/sports behavior), wielded against food competitors and the
social predators that opportunistically preyed upon them both, when the
environmental conditions made them most vulnerable. Their main goal
with this behavior was to protect the environment, because by
preserving the resources therein they were less vulnerable to
opportunistic seeking predators who only preyed upon them when they
were weakened by starvation and thirst.
This is the reason hominids evolved. This scenario successfully
describes, or sets the stage for describing, *all* hominid adaptations.
Most importantly it sets the stage for describing the origins of
hominid intellect, which have to do with the political aspects of
maintaining a place in large groups--communities--that can successfully
achieve the warrioristic ends.
