Wasn't there a saying about fish and company being welcome in the house for
about the same length of time? Three days?
The Spanish travelled in very small numbers (IIRC) quite a distance in the
"New World" and except for hand written records and horses, who'da guessed?
They were driven by their quest for gold, god, fame, and fortune. What did
the Polynesians want? How about those Vikings?
