Hm. Well, not quite. You must learn about subtropical high and
subtropical low. Subtropical high is somewhere around 30deg. It clears sky.
This is why we have Mediterranean climate at those latitudes. Dry summer on
West side of continents. During winter this subtropical high moves to lower
latitudes.
