The average kid who drinks and eats an average amount of junk will
probably end up like the average adult. That's better than Russian
roulette. That kid is sure to need artificial joints if he keeps this
up all his life. If he's lucky, that's the worst that will happen to
him. I don't even think jogging is good for adults, especially marathon
running.
