After due thought I don't know what happens to a kid that does this. It is
easy to make assumptions but I have doubts about his mass being enough to
cause damage to his growth plates nor would the stress being placed on his
joints be anywhere near what it would be for a being with more mass such as
an adult. I doubt if an early sapiens would have been bothered by this but I
consider modern humans to be physically degenerate.

High levels of exercise with restricted calories does stunt growth but this
kid may be eating all he wants thanks to the money he's making. Is anyone
speaking from data as opposed to opinion?
