That doesn't clear things up for me. A skinny red head in the fifth grade
angrily told me she hit puberty at 9 when I repeated what the Health book of
the time said about hitting it at about 11. She was 10 or 11 at the time.
After that I did a little reading. I don't think the kid needs to be fat nor
flabby. It may be enough that they don't have to work hard and get a
balanced diet but some of it is certainly genetic.

Flab does produce estrogen so it would speed things up.

This is missing that a lot of chemicals are pseudo estrogens.
