Well, overlooking the ambigous terminology here, yes, it's true, the fossil
record is not as simplistically gradulistic as some first assumed.

This also is true. Fossils are so incredibly rare that if they did indicate
a gradual transition from one species to another we'd have to suspect that
the evidence was manufactured (and this doesn't even take into account the
effects of punctuated equillibrium.)

Are you saying the fossil evidence indicates intelligent design? If you are
then I think you need to begin supporting your position.
