If by "rule" you mean "are regarded as a crackpot with delusions of
sanity and coherance" then perhaps you "rule" SBE. If by 'rule' you
mean 'make sense and are regarded as being something other than a
mental patient" then you do not "rule" SBE and have been told exactly
as much.
