No Clovis points are not associated with these "Coastal" California finds.
Del Mar Man was the one that stuck in my young mind in the 1960's.
They appear to be of a totally different genetics and culture.
And relatively speaking there have been a lot of these "finds"
over the years. From Calico in the desert there a different tool kit
than Clovis entirely.
As have never heard of mDNA being done on most of them, but
carbon 14 dates usually came in high and then, over a period of years
were fudged lower. ( Clovis First's iron rule?).

As a second thought:
Also no boats are associated with the Clovis technology/ culture as far as I know:
Reed or otherwise ( woven plank, skin/ bark etc.)
Since this appears to be a wide spread gene base
that reached as far as the tip of South America,
they were a very mobile fisher culture.
