There was a certain event at 12 kya which
had a drastic effect on the record.
No. Too simple, Paul. You can't blame the absence of evidence of
large settlement prior to 10 kya on changes in sea level (and/or
glaciers).
You have never grasped the 'coastal' nature
of the hominid habitat.
Yes, because it's nonsense. Fresh water is important to hominids. The
water off coasts is salty.
It's nothing to do with ingesting water.
The following factors are relevant:
(a) hominids are mammals -- with hot blood
designed for night activity;
Where do you get this nonsense.
(b) hominids are primates: mammals which
switched to day-time activity;
More nonsense.
(c) hominids became terrestrial, and began
to sleep on the ground;
You overemphasize the importance of sleep, to no good effect.
(d|) hominids compelled to sleep on cold
wet ground will suffer greatly, often to
the point of death -- especially in the
case of infants.
What's any of this got to do with your insistence that hominids only
live on sea coasts?
Paul.
