This is a movie about the Mayas ,by Mel Gibson, who apparently
didn't disappoint by providing it with any redeeming feature. Dan

I'm certainly not going to miss this movie - I won't see it and I
won't miss it. It's bad enough when a movie or a book panders to an
existing prejudice, and is an offense against art, IMHO, when
deliberate nonsense is included in it, with no intent of humor, but to
dish out nonsense to create a prejudice in people who haven't one is
merely the producer's effort to prove how very, very clever he is.
