MtDNA: Translating RFLP numbers into SNPs

I understand that this is the anthropological version of astrology,
but, anyhow, I paid to get a full sequence test for my mtDNA.

The results came back in the form of SNP numbers. E.g., I have
mutations at coding region locations such as 73 and 10400.

When I'm reading scientific papers, they often refer to RFLP numbers,
such as +10397, instead of to SNPs. Sometimes, I can translate the RFLP
numbers into SNPs, or the author does for me, but a lot of times I just
sort of guess that an RFLP number that is close to one of my SNPs
refers to a mutation at that SNP.

Anyhow: could anyone refer to me to a non-password-protected Web
document somewhere that translates RFLP numbers into SNPs?

Thanks for your help.
