I would have you know, Sir, that there is no "Jim"
in my genealogy. My full name is Algernon Harry Nuttsakk,
7th lineal descendant of the 3rd Earl of Nuttsakk.
I suppose, given the company you keep, that "Jim" and
"Tim" and "Phil" are all that you hear, and so your
commonplace existence leads you to likewise imagine
that the author of our glorious canon was a commoner,
a roller in dust and filth, a chewer of turds, a
toilet troglodyte and sipper of sewage soup, a
blaspheming, syphilitic one-eyed monkey-shagger, and
heaven knows what else. But that is your choice, and
I must allow you to derive what comfort you can
from your fantasies, for even the most lowly of this
world must have their cake.
