Could you take some time out of your busyIf you now say that you dispute Lee's assertion that HE regularly
schedule to show me just what you'd like
me to retract? Or are we gonna play this
little dodge game of yours until the cows
come home?
outran predators and ran-down kudu and antelope why did you not
dispute it before? And then there's the rather obvious observation
that humans cannot go far without access to fresh water. It never
even occurred to you that this was inconsistent with reality as we
know it. As long as it comes from the mouth of an anthropologists
you treat it as gospel--literally.
First of all, as Lee says elsewhere, such a thing was never
said.
Well, I think anybody here can use a search engine and come to their
own conclusion on this point.
So how can I dispute or support something that exists
in your mind only?
Well then maybe you can help me flesh out the details of HE lifestyle.
I'm trying to get a better idea of how you envision and/or literalize
your notion that HE regularly escaped (or is it "outdistanced" --
whatever that means) lion-like predators. For starters let me ask
this one question, do envision HE running and simultaneously straining
to look back, poking at the lion? What other details can you
enlighten us with?
And what of the point that humans need
fresh water? And how is it supposed to ocurr to me "that this
was inconsistent with reality as we know it?
You really have no understanding of evolutionary biology at all. Do
you?
Be honest. It's not like it isn't apparent to anybody reading this.
How am I supposed
to parse such a combobulation of sentences?
Don't ask me. It's your fantasy. You are the one that puts HE in
treeless habitat competing with sabertoothed lion, outrunningand hyena
hunting and scavenging large mammals.
Sure, without fresh
water, and depending on the environment, humans are good for
about 2 days.
Right. So they'd be extremely vulnerable to drought and its
complications than, let's say, a zebra. Right? Or even a babboon.
Right? Kinda make you wonder what they were doing out in the treeless
savanna
I wouldn't call that an upward bound nor can I
resist pointing out that alot of wusses start complaining much
earlier than that but ~~so what ~~ ? Is there a point to this
wild goose chase?
Well, I think it's great that you are coming out of your shell. I
don't know about everybody else but I think it would be especially
enlightening if you could provide us more details as to how HE
defended themselves agains sabertoothed cats and packs of bear-sized
hyena? Please provide us as many gemlike details as your heart
desires.
So when you finally do get around to *substance* , we
discover that all that McGinnian posturing was just that.
Would you like me to say that I'm surprised?
Well, honestly, to be surprised one must first have some
understanding. So, I guess you could say that I'd be surprised if you
were truly surprised. But I'm willing to let you indulge the
fantasy.
I think it is becoming more and more obvious that the lack of
thought that comes from you is truly indicative of a lack of
understanding.
You're way out of your league here, Dimmy. Maybe you
should get into creative writing or some sort of poetry/
performance art....?
I wouldn't pretend to compete with your imagination. Unfortunately my
thinking is grounded in reality. I could not, for example, even begin
to imagine hominids out-running lion and hyena.
It is becoming more and more apparent why you are so threatened by
AAT.
