This varies, some blacks have huge amount of hair all over their body
as do some whites, and some have very little. Having a lot of body
hair in a hot environment is advantageous I read, I can't remember the
reason exactly, something to do with retaining sweat.

I think the Black>White>Asian spectrum does actually apply to amount
of body hair aswell.
