The population would decline rapidly. The food given to them by other
countries isn't just combating a famine. In Ethipoia I believe it is,
the environment simply cannot support the population that is there,
there simply shouldn't be that many people living in that particular
area. When a famine occurs due to natural reasons foreign aid kicks in
and the population increases even more, the population there is
actually living on foreign aid food and multiplying it's population.
The lives of some of the people there seems only to be having many
children.

Yes but the fact is using contraception for catholics is a mortal sin.
They are not allowed to use any unnatural methods of birth control.
They can space children by using Natural Family Planning, which is
abstaining during the woman's fertile time, that's all.

True but still the legal immigrants come. Many African university
graduates leave their country obviously because they want to live in a
better place.
As more racial mixing occurs people will be less inclined to oppose
immigration purely because of the immigrants race.

Exactly. They prosper because of our stupidity, but still they
prosper, they multiply, we have a declining population, we die out?
They populate the world? who is more successful?

Don't they accept African students into their universities? They must
allow blacks into their country, to not do so would be racist and
illegal I believe. As Asia get's richer, which it is, it will be as
attractive to the illegal immigrants as Europe currently is. In fact
not only is intelligence related to an individual's wealth but also
the intelligence of a countries population is linked to it's wealth.
Places like Japan, singapore etc have overtaken the USA in GDP I
believe.
I believe Ruston's wrote some stuff about this, 'IQ and the wealth of
nations' or something. He even has a map with IQ and GDP compared.

That won't happen though P.Comm. Why would it? Governments are
encouraged to give I believe it's 1% of their GDP to foreign aid by
the United Nations. Some give more some give less. Even if governments
didn't they'll always be charities and religious organisations giving
help.

Do you know that it costs 1 dollar a day for the medicines to treat an
AID infected person, 1 dollar a day doesn't sound like much, but
multiply it by the amount of people infected in africa only (10's of
millions) then remember it's per day, and it's a lot of money. Also
the medicines don't cure AIDS they just prolong life so that the AIDS
infected can infect more people. You know that africans rape babies in
the belief that it will cure them of AIDS?
AIDS could be erradicated quite easily by simply quarantining the
infected, difficult in africa where the average AIDS infected per
country is 35% of the populous I believe, but it would be an effective
way.
AIDS is also an emerging problem in India, China and Russia.
