Girl Gunned Down in D.C. Violence Wave -- July 26, 2004

WASHINGTON -- A 15-year-old girl once featured in a photograph
with then-first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton was killed over the
weekend in the latest shooting in the nation's capital involving
children.

District of Columbia police said Monday that Myesha Lowe, 15, was
sitting in the back seat of a parked car with two others just
before midnight Saturday when a dark-colored vehicle pulled up
alongside and someone started shooting.

Police said they did not have a motive in the case.
[Clue: DAFNz don't need a motive - think IQ-75...]

Last week, police Chief Charles Ramsey declared a CITYWIDE CRIME
EMERGENCY to stem a rising tide of juvenile crime, in particular
a recent wave of car thefts, some of which have resulted in

Here it is, sportz fanz, the whole DAFN_Nation defective
genetics exposed. Nationwide average, and everywhere
in the nation, DAFN scorz are inferior. In a few places,
the 4th grade whites even are smarter than the 8th grade DAFNz!
Could all these school systems be so equally poor? No!
The only possible valid explanation is defective DAFN genes.

Oh-oh, I know what you're thinkin': the DAFNscorz reflect an
average level of poverty widespread among DAFNz compared to whites.
This feeble excuse is frequently offered by "educators" when they
profess not to have any other clue how to fix it.

But, actually, that fits perfectly with *genetics* being the cause.
Intelligence is inherited and dumb folkz don't have much
in the way of earning capability, thus end up poor. And these
same dumb folkz pass on their dumb genes and beget dumb kidz.
And those dumb kidz produce the deficient DAFNscorz shown below.

Thus, it all fits with a genetic explanation.

The reason for the low DAFN scorz isn't because the kids come from
poverty, it's because their dumb parents, from whom they inherited
the Genes_For_Dumb, were themselves dumb and had low earning capacity.

Notice also that whites, being smarter, have fled Atlanta and DC
public schools to avoid having dumba## culture and values inflicted
upon their children. Is that racist?

These data are for 1997 which is apparently the most recent year
for which the DOJ has the figures fully worked up. The same table
has comparison data for 1991. For 1997, the DAFN figures are a few
percent higher and white figures a few percent lower. Extrapolating
to today, DAFN incarzeration would be approaching 50% of the total
prison population, a shocking and disgusting track record of crime and
violence when you consider DAFNz are only 12% of the total population.

Shocking, just shocking...
