True, a lot of Third world residents would have died without western
help.

The west should NEVER have helped anyone except their own. Wiser
people
knew that and warned the idiots.

But the West also exploited the minerals and natural resources of Third
World countries. It seems fair not only to TAKE, but also to GIVE
something back to the local population.

No one in history that ever did such things gave back anything. It's
called
conquest.


Mankind could reach a new level of maturity now, so that we'd rather have
some kind of partnership of nations, instead of subjugation. Fair giving and
taking. This could be beneficial for everyone, and eliminate the motivation
to wage wars.
