time produce local variations based on health (an almost universal basis of
attraction) and the local cultural ideal of attractiveness.
Translation: If Woman A's male ancestors liked tits and ass and selected
mates based on it, it's likely she will have tits and ass.
Exceptions are traits that result from external factors like adaptations to
the usual climate or from traits that increase fertility.
Translation: Skinny women that don't have enough fat to menstruate or
support a baby don't change their ancestor's shape.
Nutrition can also have long term effects on body shape by altering the
proportions of and attractiveness of humans.

I can understand the skin difference between blacks and white being
related to folate and the sun. But why is the body silhouette so
different?
Body type determined by ambient temperature.
The heavier the body type the greater the heat retention. Mass vs. surface
area.
