I suggest that you got yourself better informed.
this one is a quote from the latest(?) International agreement which in some
countries also is written inside edited works, books etc.

" All rights reserved. No part of this[when it's inside a book. 'a'
elsewhere] publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or
transmitted, in any form, or by any means, electronic, mechanical,
photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior permission of the
publishers"
