While the copyright holder's copyright is valid. Once their copyright has
expired they no longer have the right to control the work.
Provide some evidence that *copyright expired*, *public domain* works cannot
be freely reproduced.
Provide some evidence that the British Library is breaking the law.
Provide some evidence that the Frnech national library is breaking the law.
Provide some evidence that the US Library of Congress is breaking the law.
Provide some evidence that Project Gutenberg is breaking the law.
