this is what i love about inger's statements. they are so hyperbolic
that they cannot possibly be true.
as stated above, 100% of every nation in the entire world has a certain
policy regarding copyright. just compiling a definitive list of every
nation would be an impossibility.
do we include all the microstates that are not universally recognized?
are puntland or kossova nations? does inger know the exact copyright
policies of kossova and puntland?

if we are to believe inger's statement literally, she seems to be on
speaking terms with at least one intellectual property official in each
of these myriad lands. it's like the irish legend of the queen who's
got so many servants, who have so many servants of their own and so on
until the mathematical total is greater than the modern population of
ireland.
the rest of us in the real world rarely get to speak to a single
copyright official. we have to hire lawers.
inger, however, sees all and knows all. sorry for you.
