Sorry David but five minutes after I sent the message I came across a
'clear' graphic of the 'world map' series.
If its all so accurate (according to Inger) what's the fat little lump
of land below Iceland/Greenland :-)) ????????
And the outline of Southern Africa :-) and the lack of space for
Australasia and the Antarctic...
But seeing that it was compiled less than 100 yeears after the
Columbus landing on the Northrn American land mass Mercator did a good
job..
