Never mind the Laws, Inger. Laws are like locks on doors - they are
there to keep HONEST people out - not criminals who would break the
lock. In like manner you can judge those who wantonly flout laws. Laws
won't stop them being a bucket full of arseholes, stalkers and
criminals. It is in their personal make-up, a sickness, like any other
mental disorder is. Pity them!
