As far as I know, there is only one cure, stop eating wheat, rye
barley. There was the claim the other day that the
pharmaceutical industry is working on an enzyme that will cleave
gliadin rendering its major epitopes unpresentable by DQ2.5 and
DQ3.2 but this is far from hitting the market.
