Martyn, I didn't attribute the cross posting to you.
Actually, it's the common habit of our kooks to cross-post
to sci.archaeology, soc.history.medieval, & soc.culture.nordic,
no matter how mindless their content, or how off-topic.
And, unfortunately, any reply to them also adds noise to
3 groups, unless an effort is made to change that, as I did
here. (I'm merely adding noise to this one group ;-)
Thanks to them (mostly), sci.archaeology resembles a sort
of midden, but not one worth sifting. Garbage in, garbage
out, foolishness argued, foolishness replied to, insults
tendered, evidence not, self-deception celebrated, mental
problems tolerated, nothing resolved *ever*, and blah, blah,
blah.
