No I do teach History, Geography, 'Samhällskunskap' and Religion - those I
have pedagogic education for but my teacher education didn't include
Mathematic, which I studied on University level and can take as a third
subject; nor did I learn pedagogic for any other of 5 subjects I accept to
teach in because I have more than 1 years experience in those 5 subjects as
well. But I wouldn't want try to teach Spanish without knowing one word
Spanish, would you? As for me not giving Sport lessons - guess you don't
know but I have had two nerves aching in my foot since I broke it 12 years
ago and I do have problem walking after I was attacked in a shop February
last year. So teaching students, young or old how to preform sport without
showing them.... well not my game....

One of my best friends got unemployed after working as a teacher and scholar
at Chalmers last year. 15 years teaching experience in Mathematic and Physic
Science. He studied the pedagogic from High School teaching same subjects.
He didn't get a job at all last Autumn, Fall - Winter, only a few lessons up
to April when he got 3 week as a substitute teacher on 7th grade. After
applaying for more than 150 jobs he finally got on late August this year not
a steady on only up to Christmas. And then you better know that it's easier
for teacher with his education to get a job than for me.

One other friend of mine have tried for the last 7 years to move back to
southern Sweden. He can't find a teacher's job and he has same education as
me but he started earlier and have thus more than 7 years more experience
then I have....

Grin.

snipped the rest.
