Same with the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) Treaty that Bush
unilaterally withdrew from. I guess all those Russians aren't
sovereign and the US can pass laws taking their land or whatever
else, eh?
But, Seppo might want to think about that for a bit... in 2002
the Russians withdrew from the START II Treaty! Yikes, that
means the USA is not a country, and certainly is not sovereign!
Where will it end? Maybe Australia isn't sovereign either????
If I can find a treaty that the Aussies signed and some other
country reneged on, does that mean the sovereign entity known as
the Native Village of Barrow can pass laws to confiscate all
assets of one Seppo Renfors, who resides in the non-sovereign
non-nation place known as Downunder?
