Before Franz's hearing, grapheus was firing lots of missives, but on the
days Franz was in court, grapheus' messages fell by a lot. It could mean he
was at court looking in, in which Franz would have seen him and not know
him, so hadn't sent out so many messages.

Yes, client confidentiality, unless Faucounau told him, if he really is a
separate person. If he wasn't, and Faucounau = grapheus, Rochaix's statement
that (according to Franz about what he said) they are separate people mumble
mumble mumble, and thus perjured himself by lying in court.
