Aha! I think Ive cracked it, (hopefully), thanks a million for all the
various tips and instructions, if this looks right (or not) please let
me know. I assumed that everyone could see the same thing as I do (the
google thing) not taking into account what a huge thing the internet
is.
Once again apologies for the errors and with a bit of luck I'll be able
to rant away (in context no less)!

Ps I dont think GMail is that widely available yet, I was 'invited' on
it by a friend whos a real computer head. I think he said I cant invite
anyone till Ive used it for a certain amount of time, I'll ask him next
time I see him and suss out the craic for you.
