The MHS library seems to have a very reasonably-priced photocopying service,
so even same-day fax delivery of this slender volume would set you (or
anyone else) back only 6-8 dollars. If, as I suspect, you don't consider it
worth the money, they have two copies, so it would be readily available for
interlibrary loan.
