AND HERE COMES A NEW RIDICULOUS LECTURE of Sing-the-same-Sung !
The LESS he knows about a subject, the MORE he talks about it !!!!!

I know at least the "Archimedes principle" that YOU IGNORE !!!!

So far, so good !.. Sing-the-same-Sung is making progress in
Physics...

NO, Sir !.. If the move is PROGRESSIVE ENOUGH, it will NOT SINK
ENTIRELY.
But, never mind : the problem is NOT HERE. It is in the COMPARISON WITH
A PIECE OF ROCK (See next).

SINK

FINE ! Again, Sing-the-same-Sung is making progress : WHAT COUNTS is
the VOLUME of the DISPLACED WATER, and the WAY is is DISPLACED ( =
IMPULSE)

> Whether rock or not, water is displaced,

YES ! If the ICE and the ROCK have the SAME WEIGHT, the SAME VOLUME of
water is displaced.
BUT THE IMPULSE IS NOT THE SAME : Because as soon as the ICE begin to
sink into the water, there IS A FORCE developping, in function of "the
Archimede Prnciple", WHICH OPPOSES TO THE SINKING.
This FORCE doesn't exist with the ROCK, so that the SINKING of the ROCK
is MORE VIOLENT than the sinking of the ICE-block.
Therefore, the "IMPULSE" , as Sing-the-same-Sung calls it, IS SMALLER.
This is the reason why BIG TSUNAMIS provoked by the falling down of a
piece of ice are VERY VERY RARE, if not inexistent in History, as said
by Seppo Renfors...

But all this is TOO SUBTLE to be understood by Sing-the-same-Sung...

HERE anyone can - at least !- RECOGNIZE the MAGNIFICENT QUALITY of the
Sing-the-same-Sung's SCIENTIFIC ARGUMENTS.... Always equal to
himself... Please, understand him : it's easier for an IGNARROGANT to
talk about CAPITAL LETTERS than about TSUNAMIS...
