Update KRS

When recently KRS was discussed here Eric S presented information that more
and more scholars are opening their mind for KRS being genuine. As those of
you who have read yahoo group for americanrunestones knows Alice Beck Kehoe
has written "The Kensington Runestone,
Approaching a Research Question Holistically"
edited 15th December 2004.
For those of you who hasn't had that information following quote from the
presentation of the book might be of interest
"Kehoe approaches the question holistically. She examines not only
historical and literary evidence, but also brings in data from archaeology,
geology, linguistics, and biological anthropology. She concludes that the
stone's authenticity should not be dismissed as readily as it has been so
far, even if that means re-thinking deeply ingrained ideas about contact
between Europeans and indigenous Americans." ISBN 1-57766-371-3
Latest information has it that the book is under distribution and soon will
be available for all to buy.

An other interesting work of Alice Beck Kehoe's which is worth putting
forward for those who will have a broader picture or America in the past:
"America before the European invasions", editor Pearson, London 2002, in
Serie Longman history of United States, ISBN: 0-582-41486-5

That Alice Beck Kehoe is an anthropology professor at Marquette University I
guess you all know.
