No, what Inger presumably means is she has "net kopped", i.e. sent a complaint
to the employer or ISP of the person she is personally attacking. It won't come
into the newsgroup.
Many employers (or ISPS) are not willing to defend the "case" and simply
discipline their staff so merely complaining is enough to prove the case,
whereupon Inger takes this as proof of "abuse".
It's called "netcopping" or "netkopping", google will suffice.
