Re: The Vinland Map's Ink

Reasons to think it is a fake have been presented, over and over. Those
who think the VM is authentic have grossly misunderstood or ignored
many of them. They have grasped onto a few half-truths and innuendos
and have, additionally, tried to support their case with ad hominem
comments. They have attempted to digress from the facts, misstate the
facts, and/or present other off-topic stuff. As an example, read the
latest from Mrs. Johannson who continues to criticize, makes totally
unsubstantiated assertions, ignores what I have written, but still
doesn't suggest anything herself that will explain the appearance and
composition of the VM. Accordingly, it is time for someone to put up
something for the rest of us to criticize. They must, of course, have
their facts straight. Some of those here do not. They continue to make
unsubstantiated assertions....but provide NO SCENARIO OF THEIR OWN.
They continue to make criticisms, but offer no alternative. Rational or
irrational, where is their own idea of what happened in the 15th
century to explain what it is that we see in the VM today?

A scribe living in the 15th century took a clean piece of parchment
and....????? I'm waiting to read the rest. Any takers?
