You could apply the same argument to "Piltdown Man", "Ossian" etc, do
you really want to go there?
I joined this group for two reasons, one so I could killfile mdms
posts and threads to soc.history.medieval and second that I might
learn something about archeology. I have seen a lot of arguments about
the more doubtful historic subjects and not much about archeology.
