Which book was that?

No, she was the principle alumni, according to it.

The majority of the contents are links to cached google group newgroup
messages written by someone claiming to be Inger E. Johansson, over the last
decade, probably. They are all examples of fudging and unscholarly-ness
which a certain person claiming to be IEJ seems to point out in other people
for not doing their homework. This person continually abuses other helpful
people by calling them stalkers and abusers. The site was to take the
alleged person claiming to be IEJ to task on the way she continually makes
excuses for long demanded references, and the never ending edits to her up
and coming book.

It is a petard upon which to hoist something on.
BTW, Franz, did you work out the number of ways a grid of nine by nine
numbers can be set, where each row has 1 to 9 and each column has 1 to 9 all
so that within the nine 3x3 grids it forms within the 9x9 that no 1 to 9
numbers repeat themselves, i.e. the Sudoku problems?
