FIRST LIE : Franz Fridolin LIES about the MEANING of a "WEISUNG".

In front of a COMPLAINT for LIBEL, a JUDGE is put in charge FOR
EXAMINING THE CASE. If he judges the case as VALID, he ISSUES a
"WEISUNG". If he judge the case as NOT VALID, he REFUSES the Weisung.
In the first case, the PLAINTIFF may ask A SECOND COURT to allow him a
COMPENSATION for LIBEL, to be paid by the ACCUSED.
In the second case, the ACCUSED may ask A SECOND COURT to allow him a
COMPENSATION for FALSE ACCUSATION, to be paid by the PLAINTIFF.

acts as if he WAS THE JUDGE HIMSELF, rejecting the accusation and the

He JUST "forgot" that the WEISUNG HAS BEEN ISSUED !!!!!
