For demonstrating an order for two signs it's obviously necessary that
both signs occur together at least in two different sign groups.
But how many times such a thing happens we didn't know after reading
Henkes essay. A second problem is that we read nothing about how many
errors are hidden behind the eight "problem signs".

If you search yourself for couples of signs occurring at least two
times in Henkes text you will get this result: 43 times there is the
same order but 19 times not.

43 : 19 = 2,3. (Or with other word the error-rate is 30%.)
For a Hierarchy such a result would be a disaster.

Secondary I did not know something about common rules for written
texts. For my opinion it is something different if you write with our
modern Alphabet or with an ancient syllabic or hieroglyphic script. For
instance for the Egypt hieroglyphic scritp it is known that the order
of signs was changed for aesthetic reasons. See
http://www.ancient-egypt.org/language/grammar/0202_orientation.html for
details.
