Briefly,
I couldnt put everything in a summary - I would have had to write another book to cover all the information (and remember, my book - the KRS FAQ book, is availible through the Runestone Museum, or write to me directly and I can cut you a deal <grin - had to get in a plug for my book at least once>). As there has not yet been an identification of the source of the Larsson papers, it is difficult to tell how much influence this has on the arguments - and in fact you will note that I have not gone into any depth on any of the philologic arguments, again that would be quite a job.
Understandable, since if the Larsson runes cannot be traced further back in time, it makes a medieval dating of the KRS almost impossible. But finding an older example would not invalidate the argument that the KRS runes were known to at least some Swedes in the late 19th century, and that's why I find your supression of the Larsson papers in a summing-up remarkable. By the way professor Sköld notes that the use of the double dots in the runes dates them to not earlier than the 18th century, as that's when the double dots in the ö (oe) and the ä (ae) first appeared in Swedish printing.
Interestingly, Tryggve Sköld is continuing his investigation of the KRS language, see (in Swedish, sorry) http://www2.sofi.se/daum/katta/katta15/katta15.pdf. Assuming the text to be modern he is making a case for its author being a Norwegian from Northern Østerdalen, possibly with some modifications being made by a Swedish carver from Dalarna. This for someone interested in pointing to possible perpetrators (Sköld agrees it was not Ohman).
And the 'complete set' of runes is not found in the Larsson papers, by the way - there are still some differences.
The differences are quite within the variability normally found in rune inscriptions.
