Not correct. It is totally immaterial who owns the KRS - at first
glance it is the author of the report who owns it - however, it MIGHT
belong to the people who paid for the study to be undertaken and
report written (ie the museum), depending entirely on a contract
between the parties - something not available to us to peruse.
