Does this mean that you now acknowledge that the statements, made by you

Hmmm..... One part of this equation holds a Doctorate as well as a number
of other under and post graduate qualifications and has held various
positions in industry and academia and thus enjoys the confidence of his
academic peers, the other is a substitute Sunday school teacher with a
well established penchant for drivelling on about things she knows nothing
about, lying to try and paper over the many and manifest gaps in her
pitiful knowledge, and who may or may not, hold a undergraduate Arts
degree that apparently took her considerably longer than usual to get even
that....

Dunno about you, but I know which one my money is on....

Given that you are yet to establish that you actually have a working
knowledge of what such a basic legal concept as "libel" is, it places into
considerable doubt that you have the faintest idea of any other term you
blather on about.

In short, you do not know what you are talking about.
