I believe that it should be Stalin or Sir Winston Churchill.
Apparently, Winston Churchill was one of those old style colonialists. He is known to have very against Indian Home-rule.
SWC was amazing, inspiring, and hyper-courageous.
Stalin was evil, a tyrant, but his reign was much longer than any
important person of the 20th century.
What do you think?
