What has that to do with it?
And again it is too much trouble for you to
provide the link for the benefit of your readers?

Excuse me? Your lucky to get a reference.

prd, IEJ, hmmmm.......................
Gotta love the willingness to back up pet theories on this group. And to
think, when I had this problem with prd eariy in his sci.archaeology
carreer, Eric jumped down my throat claiming that prd was right ...

Eh? Are you referring to http://tinyurl.com/qwhsk or do you have
something else in mind?

Just checked, and the answer is no. I'm referring to
http://tinyurl.com/pnpc6

I'm not sure. If that link is to a conversation were prd claimed that
Irish people were descended from the Basques, then yes. If it is to
something else, then no. For those interested, after much bull, I finally
got to see the reference from prd which he said backed up his claims, and
it turned out that he was using the term "Basque" incorrectly to refer to
a mesolithic culture that existed long before, but which both the Irish
and Basques do seem to have descended from.

If that is not what you are referring to, would you mind giving a link
to what you were?

.... and I should
accept it without references (mainly because at the time he was saying
something Eric wanted to believe I think). As it turned out he was wrong
then (due to using names given to one group to refer to a much earlier
group), so it is a good idea to not only get references from him, but to
check them thoroughly as well!

I am not here to do your work for you.

More pedanticisms.

(the pdf is 36 pp and 1 Mb)

You can get your mommy to help you read it.

But don't forget that human life during the last Ice Age
was not restricted to refugia or even southern Europe.
(Reindeer)hunters were living as far north as possible.
Remember e.g. Magdalenien, Gravettien, Hamburg,
Creswell, Federmesser/Tjonger, Ahrensburg.

'During the last ice age' covers a period from 113kya to 10kya.

I will deal with these issues in the next thread.
