There's more to that. Many of the "prophets" in the bible, such asJeremiah: c. 628 BC-580(?)BC
Jeremiah, were actually Persian administrators. There is no space for
myth.
Persian empire: 539 BC-331 BC
Point well taken :-) I meant to say, Nehemiah, who was Persian
administrator from 445 to 433.
398-386, 385-380 Ezra was administrator and authorized the "Laws of
Moses" which were previously written and accepted in Susa. During his
time fell the begin of Jewish exclusivity, possibly the invention of
the exodus story. Tried to dissolve marriages of Jewish and non-Jewish
partners.
Prophet Jeremiah voted against a rebellion against the rule of Babylon
in 594 at the conference of Jerusalem (with the kings of Tyros, Moab,
Ammon, Juda, Edom present). That was during Babylonian time.
And you found physical evidence of the existence of Jeremiah and Ezra
where?
I personally found their bones and a gravestone which said "Here rests
Jeremiah" and "Here rests Ezra". In the graves I also found their
credit cards, drivers licence and passports, bearing the same name,
plus a copy of the "Washington Post" dated 15th February 375 BC with
the obituaries of said prophets. So I must assume that this is enough
physical evidence.
That reminds me of the story about a forged roman gravestone, picture, name
and titles were all correct, it even gave the date of birth and death of the
deceased, 57 to 15 BC.
have fun
